Literally the worst experience I ever had in a medical practice. The staff is rude, ignorant and unprofessional. They didn't answer my message in the portal for 5 days, then when I called, they talked over me, kept cutting me off, won't listen to my question, and when finally I got a word in edge wise, they won't/can't understand the question. The nurse was very condescending and also said in a demeaning manner that I 'probably don't understand her answer, because I don't speak English'... (I understand and speak English just fine.) She tried to avoid answering my question and finally, when she saw that there was no way out, she said that 'their policy is that they can't send patients to specialists, since they are a family practice'. This makes no sense, as per HMO, one of a PCP's main job is to coordinate care for patients and send them to specialists. Here you can't see a doctor, only a NP. Ignorance and indifference are not good traits to have at a medical practice. Try to avoid.
