Mental Health Services

Mental health is individual who really wants help, it not a come get your drug and go home, a large percentage of people I know don't participate in therapy but they get on the website a make people think mental health staff are so unprofessional, rude and calling names, well tell me what of job do you have? Some of you all goes into these agency with an attitude demanding to be service but when you are informed about the process and policy the staff have to follow I'm assuming you all are not capable of processing the information given to you so you make up things some without being there to know what happened but quick to talk.As far as license of staff they are many staff that are not licensed and you don't have to, but you do need advance degrees which means MASTERS for those who don't get it, what kind of degree do you have?
