Rude and unprofessional

If you or a loved one have a serious medical concern (such as chest pain), go to a hospital where they can admit you if necessary. Do not waste time and money going to an urgent care like this where they will charge you for a full visit, then send you to another location that also cannot help. Atrium Pineville hospital CAN admit patients for more serious health concerns.And customer service department, please save the effort in asking me to call, as I already have with no positive outcome. The location manager called me to argue with me about why they were right in what they did, with no real logic or reasoning. Atrium should be ashamed of this location.
