Leaving after two decades.
In the last two years the front office staff have become incredibly rude, they are horrible about sending information to their the physicians, once showed up to a scheduled appointment (yes they sent me many reminders-which I repeatedly confirmed) when I showed up I was told that I would be seen by a different doctor and would need to reschedule for a different day and time. After that, came in for the newly scheduled appointment later in the month to be told the doctor had to go to the hospital to see patients. They do not pick up the phone, three times this month I have left voicemails they say they have never received or do not respond to. So disappointed! The doctor and nurse practitioner have left and the office is a mess! I can’t risk having them handle my pulmonary issues anymore.

Office administrative staff cold. Last time I was in office, there was a HUGE amount of mold growing in their reception room guest toilet. I spoke with Receptionist, and explained how mold is a risk factor for lung condition flare ups, and asked her to see that cleaning staff eliminated it. She seemed indifferent. In waiting for results of a CT Scan, office staff were less than helpful in getting results to me. Pretty disappointed and will change doctors.

Not user friendly, not responsive, poorly managed
It was very difficult to get an appointment. I contracted pneumonia shortly before my visit to Hilton Head but was still able to travel. While in Hilton Head, I continued to have difficulty and after getting the name of this practice from a friend, I sent them my medical records and got a formal referral from my primary care physician. I was told I would be contacted for an appointment but the office person was rude and basically hung up on me. My primary care doctor also commented to me that the new patient person in the office was very difficult to deal with and rude. Eight days later, I got a call from this office, telling me they had just gotten the referral that day, even though the referral had occurred eight days earlier. They were insistent they had just gotten the referral and were again quite rude. I'm not going to use them. I can't comment on the quality of care, but this office is rude and terribly disorganized.

Poor!!!
Was charged $60 for a cancelled appt even though I tried to cancel prior. No one answers the phone and the lady who called me finally was rude, condescending, and unwilling to listen. I have no intention of paying this bill!!!
