LONG waiting time
My last visit was to review my test results... I had to wait over an hour.. and only had 7 minutes to review with the Dr. because I had to go to work. When I asked why... they told me there was an emergency that caused the delay... You would think that they would say something to me about the delay. Today... I went to get blood drawn for testing and had to wait 45 minutes before they did the 2 minute blood draw. REALLY!!! I asked at the checkout desk WHY the delay. I was told that they were notified 5 minutes ago that there was a sick child that caused the delay. That sounds pretty lame. If I show up 45 minutes late for my appointment... WOULD THAT BE ACCEPTABLE? They want you there 15 minutes before your appointment... and then you WAIT. I an VERY disappointed with this kind of treatment. I have been going here for several years... but one more time... and I will try and find another place to take my health care needs to. I can understand delays... BUT TELL ME!!!!
