Everyone is so nice and makes you feel seen and heard. I scheduled my appointment online which their website which is such a great feature because you’re already checked in when you arrive. I was seen in a few minutes and out well under 45 minutes

I was sick and needed to be seen. There electronic system was easy to follow. All of the staff was very kind, informative and knowledgeable. The entire visit was quick and pain free.

The staff all seemed incredibly unprofessional and immature.

The care team are consistently kind, respectful and responsive. They are knowledgeable and up to date on current and effective treatments. I have gone here for treatment on a few occasions, and have been very satisfied with the care I’ve received.

I’ve been here two times with no issue. I like the providers and staff. The providers actually listen to you when you are explaining why you’re there. They also answer questions. The wait time isn’t that bad. I highly suggest reserving your spot online.

Megan Madrio, NP-BC took a great history, did an appropriate level of examination for my symptoms, treated my acute symptoms and gave me clear instructions as to how I could continue to get well. Despite the fact that she was the only supervising practitioner, she took the time to make me feel very confident of her diagnoses and advice. Her efficiency and use of her assistants was amazing. I continue to be impressed by the level of care that I have received at the Warwick CareWell Urgent Care.

Even if your co-pay is all paid off you still make me pay it if I want to be seen , then I have to call your billing department for a refund .

I walked in with a bloody towel on my hand and one of the nurses, Jennifer, said come right in. They took great care of me. The Doctor, Drew, was phenomenal. There was another nurse as well that was phenomenal also. Outstanding job

Courteous, quick attention by staff, at 7:15, when the clinic closes at 8:00. Everybody was calm, efficient, kind and helpful. The Dr. was readily available, thorough, and worked in a timely manner. He recognized that I was having a localized reaction but was concerned at the possibility of a more serious development. He administered prednisone immediately, but advised that I be aware of possible tongue-swelling, which would demand that I go immediately to a hospital setting. As a precaution, he ordered further prednisone for 8 days follow up as well as an emergency injection to have ready . Very kind. It worked out well. Today is Monday, and I’m thankfully feeling well. I am continuing with my prednisone prescription.

Convenient location and operating hours

What stood out was first providing an efficient schedule to make an appointment. The staff members at the desk were interactive and kind to all clients and each other. The wait time was acceptable. I was impressed with the care and diagnosis given. A referral was made directly to the hospital of my choice and the diagnosis was confirmed with further diagnostic testing. This was impressive as the NP figured it out on a short visit. The timeliness was important to my health. She expedited my care with a precise diagnosis in her summary forwarded to the hospital. Previously when given the same symptoms to my primary ten days earlier my health was compromised significantly. By actively listening this professional was able to provide a direct path to getting my needs met and proper care. I have gratitude for the skill level the NP displayed in connecting the dots.

Great caring and knowledgeable staff

I went to Carewell because I was exposed to Covid and had symptoms. The wait to be tested and seen was 45 minutes, not bad at all, compared to other places. I was very surprised that I had to put all my information in using my phone. Well, I learned something new Once seen, the test was quick and I found out I had something upper respiratory, not Covid or flu. I very reassured. I will go there again if I need services. Everyone was very professional.
