rude staff
I spoke with a member of their " clinical staff" about my concern about the length of time to obtain an appointment for my significant other. I told her I was on speaker phone and my SO was listening to the conversation . Her name was Amy and she was very rude and argumentative. As an RN and former employee of Wellspan Health, I'm surprised they would allow their staff to speak to a patient and patient advocate in that manner. I called back to speak to the office manager. The receptionist said she would transfer me to the manager, but instead hung up. I did not receive a call back.
