ENT Head/Neck Specialists

The doctor's are good. But their billing department is stuck in the 19th century. They don't have a portal where you can pay your bill. You actually have to call and hope someone is there who knows what they're doing. I paid my bill over the phone since the only other way is thru the pony express. Strike 1. They put me on hold, ran my card and said it went thru. I was given a confirmation number, but never offered a receipt. I had to ask for one. Strike 2. It took them 24 hours to finally email it to me. The next day another charge for the same amount was posted to my account! I called and they said that happens sometimes and to wait 48 hours and it should fall off. Wrong answer!! Rather than one of the charges falling off, a 3rd charge for the same amount appeared!! I called and of course the billing manager was out of the office (seems convenient, huh?). I was told that the manager would be back the next day. I'll give them another 24 hours and then we're contacting our attorney.
