I have been a patient of the practice for over 15 years. The providers are amazing. The staff needs to know how to treat people with compassion. I know one staff member Jen who worked with Dr Hockfield who was always there no matter what. She would make you feel at ease coming to the doctor. She always remembered things about myself and my whole family. That is great care in my eyes. I went for my appointment to see Dr Hockfield and was told she no longer with the practice. This was very heartbreaking news to hear. The one who took her place definitely wasn’t Jen. Nobody could ever replace Jen in my eyes.
