I had my yearly check up and was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I had an appointment at a particular time and was seen at that time. The office area and the patient rooms were clean and every step that was taken during the exam was fully explained as to what was going to happen and why. I saw a new doctor for the first time and prior to seeing her the staff asked me if I was alright with the change. Very respectful I thought and the new doctor was a good fit for me. 5 stars all around.

Safety Hazard/Employees not trained to respond to safety incidents Visiting the practice, I parked by the sidewalk and I fell on the entrance sidewalk, on a sheet of ice. I hurt my fingers and my knee, ripped my expensive compression stockings, and I shook my head pretty well. I told the person that took my temperature about my fall. She mumbled sorry and then invited me to the counter to place my order. I asked for the office manager. I told the manager about the danger that that spot of ice presented for the visitors. The manager told me that she was going to inform the landlord. None of the two employees asked me how I was feeling after the fall. Later, I drove by the building and there was no change, not even a safety cone. A medical facility should have the safety protocols under control. I experienced lack of safety control and lack of the care and empathy. I am a patient of this practice, I respect and appreciate the doctors but the management of the business needs attention.

I have been with this practice for over 30 years and when my husband and I went yesterday 10/12/2021 for our visit the receptionist asked for the copay. I told her to please bill me, as I always have requested. She insisted it be paid now or I would not be seen. Since I was not prepared to pay I was turned away and could not be seen. This is a disgrace to the profession. I have never had issues paying my bill when asked to be billed, and if the policy had changed I should have been notified. I will not return to this practice. This is very unfortunate because I was happy with Dr. Susan Smith. The receptionist was not very apologetic or even offered to stated the policy had changed, very cold.
