This is the absolute worst experience that I’ve ever had with a primary care provider. Knowing how critical my condition is, Jessica Souchet had no sense of urgency in making sure that I had the medicine that I needed in a timely manner which led to me getting very sick. Her staff is rude and unprofessional. They were dismissive of my medical needs and treated me with the absolute worst care that I’ve ever received! I filed a complaint with Holy Redeemer and now I will be changing my primary care provider. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy because that could possibly be the difference of life or death!
