If I could give a lower rating, I would. Do NOT use this practice if you have the option. I felt completely ignored after expressing a very legit medical concern. No return call after 24 hours. I called the practice again only to be told to go to the ER because the doctor didn't have time the day before to look at my chart. It's a good thing I did, my hemoglobin levels were so low I had to have an immediate transfusion. The ER doctor said he could not let me leave and would put up a fight with the OBGYN office/doctor if they didn't move up my procedure immediately. I will be leaving this practice as soon as I can. My life was actually in danger and they completely dropped the ball on any patient concern on their part.
