Worst phlebotomist
The worst and rudest phlebotomist/nurse was Everly. She pricked and bruised me and took her 5 times to try to draw my blood and when I came again she wouldn't take me when she could have. She probably denied me because she's terrible at drawing blood and I feel judged and embarrassed for my health issues too!
