Friendly Office
Dr Caracappa answered all of our questions and took his time to make sure we were ok with everything that was discussed during my appointment. It's very rare to find a Dr nowadays who will take their time and listen to you, so it was refreshing to have a conversation with a Dr who actually cares. The office staff are all very friendly and always makes us feel like we are welcomed. The office itself is clean and beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this office.

Good Doctor, Worst Billing & Office personel Ever!
If you want to be Billed incorrectly then by all means go here. You can call to question, only to have them tell you....If your unhappy with your bill, maybe get new insurance. Was charged for a free sample Once by them, and another by insurance. This is not the first mistake they have made.. I guarantee if you ask anyone who goes here, they will say the same thing.. Good Doctor but worst office staff ever. Dr Kim has also left the practice.

Dr Kim has taken care of me for some time now and makes me feel well cared for as does the nursing staff. Highly recommend the practice.

There are no words
for how money-centric this practice is. Want your blood tests? Make an appointment. Wants your blood test results? Make an appointment. Have a question? Make an appointment. Want to use the restroom? Make an appointment. The doctors are nice but the office manager and staff are shysters. The worst.
