Dr. Kipp's office called and told me I had to make an appointment with Dr. Kipp since St. Mary's notified them that I had surgery. I questioned why I had to see him but they said it was protocol to see the primary after surgery. When I went to the appointment, I was checked in and then sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. I watched 5 other people come in after me and they were taken within 5-10 minutes. After I waited 40 minutes, I told the girl in the office I was leaving and I was in pain sitting there for 40 minutes (they knew I had surgery). All the girls starting running around like chickens without a head and they said they were trying to get me a room. I chose to leave without being seen as I was in pain. The office manager called me the next day and said they were sorry - it shouldn't have happened. Dr. Kipp should have called me and apologized profusely. I shouldn't have had to go to him- I had already seen my surgeon. All he wanted was the money. Won't go back.

Dr. Kipp has NO bed side manners, he doesn’t care for his patient or his employees, he takes himself and himself only into consideration. He is all about MONEY, he accepts new patients but refuses to see any of them. If you are a patient thinking about coming to this facility do not EVER expect to be able to make an appointment with him. would not recommend this family practice.
