Refresh Dental has the Worst reception, record keeping, dentist’s manner and skills I ever experienced in my life. They change appointments, billings, treatment expectations, everything all the time WITHOUT telling you, and never for your interests but THEM !!! I would give 0 star If I could.The whole root canal experience was a nightmare. Before I came for an annual check I wasn’t feeling any pain. I have one tooth that when they were fixing it they said it may be too deep and need to do a root canal. I still felt the pain after they tried fixing it so I called back.They said they would send me some medication to try first but they never did, so I called again and again and again every 1-2 days. The receptionist kept saying she would ask the doctor and call me back, and they never did. Finally they sent the medicine to my pharmacy. Pain was still there after the whole treatment so I called again. At that point they can only schedule my root canal surgery like 2 months later after
