I recently became a new patient at this Outpatient Center. My first appointment I experienced extremely high wait times to get seen by my PCP. My appointment was for 2:30 and I had to wait around an hour just to get back to the room ( For a wellness vist) . It was another 30 minutes for the doctor to come into the room. I did not get out of the doctor's office until around 4:15. My biggest concern for this establishment is the nurse's station. I was waiting for my results on blood work. I haven't received any updates on the blood work results that I've been waiting for. I called the nurses station to see if I could get some peace of mind. The nurse that I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. I kindly tried to explain to her that no one from the office has contacted me and she got very aggressive on the phone saying that they've been trying to get a hold of me, when I never got one call from them. This is very disheartening to see this type of behavior at a UPMC affiliated center.
