Billing Issues and rude front staff
I have been going to this office for over 20 years and the only reason I continued was because of the hygienist. I have had nothing but issues getting claims paid as the office staff does not have any clue what they are doing and failed to file within the year timeframe. Jodi in the offices states I am responsible for 100% of fees because she failed to file within the 1 year cut off and refused to waive the fees as it was their error. The entire front office staff is rude and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes; they just play the pass the blame game.
