TW Ponessa and Associates messed up my appointment confirmation for my psychiatric evaluation. They confirmed my appointment for Wednesday November 17 @ 10:30am. When I went to the appointment, they told me that I had missed my appointment that was scheduled on Tuesday November 16 @ 10am and that I was discharged from the medical program and would need to be re-evaluated in 3 months to see I could get another appointment. I waited 3 months to get this appointment and now I have to wait another 3 months to find out if I am allowed to have another appointment. I think I have found the problem with our Mental Health system. I am voluntarily seeking professional help. It is not mandated and I can't seem to talk to anybody other than a social worker. Let's hope that there isn't anything really wrong with me and that I am not unstable and in serious need of Mental Health assistance. Enough said.
