The office is beautiful, clean ,a series of nurses, etc., asked questionsThe doctor made a cameo appearance to tell us what he decided as to treatment/ medications. Tests were scheduled , and a follow up appointment made.We specifically requested that they Do Not call with appt. reminder, due to a medical issue with the ringing phone in the early a.m. No indication was made that this accommodation was impossible.Before the tests, we received a reminder phone call at 8:00 a.m.We called to question why the accommodation request wasn't honored,, were told by the office manager, there was no way she 'would 'opt us out,She said it would be best if we went to another cardiologist.We requested she cancel the test appt., but keep the scheduled office visit, so we could talk with the doctor..She didn't want us talking with the doctor, made excuses, hung up on us, no idea what she cancelled.This is how she treats his patients?
