Three family members and myself are looking for a new primary care office. I had to actually show up at the office to get answers when I didn't receive a return call regarding my 84 year old mother who has been a patient there for years. They won't see you when you are sick, they tell you to go to the emergency room. I would definitely not recommend.

They do not treat patients with dignity & respect
I have been with this practice for over 16 years and not once have I ever thought of leaving until now. The dismissive attitudes at not only the practice, but also UPMC in general is abhorrent. To disregard a patient's pain and treating a patient as if they are an addict is terrible. Find another family practice! They will not be there for you when you really need it.
