Doctor OK, office management atrocious & immature
Dr. Miller is OK, but the office staff should be dismissed. They were to schedule an MRI for a cancer screening but Madison Q, after repeated requests, never responded. I finally called the MRI center and scheduled it myself after THREE months of waiting. Then they cancelled an appointment with Miller without informing me. Dakota H left childish messages on my UPMC account claiming I 'stormed out of the office' which is utterly ridiculous. Dakota H should be fired. I would recommend that patients look elsewhere. They deserve better.
