My previous healthcare professional retired, and CJPCA recently took over his office in Scottdale. He had me scheduled since April for a test in Sept. I've called the office four times over the past two weeks for the results and still have not heard back from anyone. I called yesterday and they put me on hold for twenty five minutes, never came back on. I hung up and called back several times with no answer. I think they put me on hold then left for the day. Very unprofessional when I did actually speak to someone the first two times I called. I had to tell them to call the hospital for the results, they weren't willing to do it on their own. I'm still waiting for a response. I can't even get an appointment with anyone there to be able to give a review on the doctors. I'm basing my review on not even being able to have them get my test results.
