Experienced, caring, professional
I saw Dr Pak for a total thyroidectomy to treat uncontrolled Graves’ disease. He was very thorough and professional in the consultation. He took his time and covered any and all concerns and questions. The day of surgery, he reviewed what he was doing and again asked if I had any questions. After surgery he spoke to me briefly about the result and then a complete follow up two weeks later. His office staff respond promptly when you leave a message and also communicate by text. This was especially helpful to me since I am a teacher and phone calls during the work day can be challenging.I would absolutely recommend Dr Pak for thoracic surgery!
