Horrible staff

billing department and management (including office manager) are wildly disrespectful when dealing with patient disputes. They get highly escalated, yell at patients, make accusations, promises they don't keep and state they don't care when dealing with a dispute. The highest level of unprofessionalism i have ever had the displeasure to be apart of
