We had a follow-up appointment scheduled for the morning at the Bryn Mawr office to find out if my son needed surgery on his broken foot.We spent well over an hour in the waiting room, then another 30 minutes in the exam room waiting for the doctor, who spent less than 5 minutes telling us that we would need to come back the next day as the surgeon was not there. Then why did they schedule the follow-up appointment for that day and not the next? I'd cut them some slack had this been an afternoon appointment and things got backed up over time. But this was mid-morning.I'm fed up with doctors who think their time is so much more valuable than everyone else's and then charge the patient twice (two office visits) for their scheduling mistake.
