Very Poor Cancellation Policy
They say their cancellation policy is 48 hours, which is ridiculous anyway, but they also do not have it posted anywhere in writing. It is not on their website, not on any email, or confirmation, they only say that they tell you on the phone that it is 48 hours. Most legitimate offices of any type have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so just go elsewhere and avoid losing your money needlessly.
