My physician was Dr Bushman for over 20 years. In spite of contacting this practice since his retirement several times about unfilled prescriptions, no one bothered to tell me until 2 weeks ago? Nor does this practice bother notifying patients through the mail. They sure know how to send a bill though. Prior to an several times after his retirement I had to go through hoops to put it mildly to get prescription refills for prescriptions that have been documented and unchanged for over a decade? What's the point of having a medical file? At this practice when your physician retires you start all over again as a patient and YOU do the follow up. I guess when a practice is only open post office hours and an hour off for lunch everyday you don't have time for details or to transition your patients. Must be nice.
