I have been a patient for many years and have always had a good patient experience. Recently the patient experience has really gone down-hill so much so that I finally decided to leave. Their front desk staff is not friendly or helpful at all and mostly seem annoyed every time I call and want to schedule an appt or need something. It took a while to get a phone call back about test results and when they called they seemed confused as to what patient I was and told me to keep taking my antibiotic (which they never prescribed). I also found it to be hard to get a doctor appt when I needed it. When I did get an appt and see the doctor he was not friendly at all and didn't seem concerned with trying to figure out what was causing my issues. If you are considering this practice, DON'T go here, it is not worth your time. They are disorganized, seem in over their heads with too many patients and therefore don't seem to care anymore.
