Terrible practice.
I was a patient of Dr Matta for 15 years and followed him to 3 different offices as St Luke's continued to move him. West Allentown Primary Care is by far the WORST office he saw patients at. Staff is often rude and the Practice Administrator does not call you when you request to discuss any complaints or concerns. You message your doctor in the MyChart and the messages are intercepted and screened by a Medical Assistant, not a nurse and they decide which messages your provider gets to see. A Medical Assistant triaging medical correspondence between a patient and their provider? Really? Save yourself the headache and stay away from the this practice.
