Worse ever
Without question this is worse primary care I've ever experienced. First, Dr. Kayes doesn't believe in blood tests for annual checkups. Second, phone calls aren't returned for 1 or 2 weeks. Third, and most bothersome, I was denied health insurance because the clinic didn't update my chart and there were health issues on my chart that I had never experienced. It appears someone else's health report got mixed up with mine. Hard to believe but true.

Went there on Sept. 2nd with my husband. We waited at our car. got a call after about 20 minutes, then gave more information to Tina. We believe we had Walking Pneumonia as we had it about every 5-7 years before and was always treated by our Dr. 0f 15-20 years with z-pak and proair inhaler. She called us back as we waited in our car, she told us to turn on our hazard lights, waited and then she said someone would be out shortly, how embarrassing sitting in a shopping center parking lot before noon, with hazard lights on, my husbands finally said enough, we are through messing around and waiting after an hour of it. Turned off our lights and left, no help from our heroes, no persciption medicine, No help at all. She did call one time asking if we had a shot. How rude., thought our medical heroes were suppose to help us, they did neither just embarrassed us. If we have Pneumonia and should have been helped, I hope my relatives will sue.
