Springfield Family Physicians

It was fine when my Dr was there. Even though they knew she was leaving they scheduled me with another Dr but the thing was they were going to dismiss me as a patient because they can not keep the Dr's mostly the ones from the offices they purchase. So those patients get kicked to the curb. And when they do dismiss you and you were with your previous Dr's for many years and you want all your records you won't get them you get the run around. They say we gave you what was input in the computer and the rest are in a warehouse which I have no clue if that is true because they gave me 3 phone numbers. I called there was no sound then it was disconnected. Then I get 'we only keep records for 20 years than the next person said 10 years and the last person told me 6 years. I looked it up through the medical board is we advise the Dr's to keep for 10 years after the last visit they see you. So I called the number that was for the board they were no help.So I advise don't use their office!!!
