The staff who performed the procedure were professional and the clinic atmosphere was calm. However, their prep instructions are ambiguous, incomplete, and written poorly. When I requested clarification, a staff member was unable to answer some of my questions and gave me misleading answers to others. As a result, I ate problematic foods in the week before the procedure until I reviewed detailed instructions that other clinics provide. This caused intense anxiety as I feared they would postpone the procedure due to inadequate prep or my poor preparation would compromise the results.If you schedule a procedure here, I recommend you to search for and read as many prep instructions as you can find published by other clinics. If the staff gives you unsatisfying answers to questions, demand clarification. Do this as early possible and be persistent.
