Dropped me after 4 years for missing one yearly ap

Salem Clinic has dropped me for MISSING ONE APPOITMENT. After being a client for four years Dr Farnell kicks me off, and bars me from seeing any doctor at the clinic because I missed one appointment. I am a senior. 62 years old. I have memory issues, depression. I am on Zoloft I have issues. I am not perfect, but in fours years being with them I have never been told before that a yearly physical is absolutely required. I've been told they are culling their patient list to get rid of those who are not making them money.
