Women's Healthcare Associates, LLC - Bridgeview

I began going to this clinic 17 years ago and have been mostly happy with it until now. The doctor who I originally saw was wonderful but is now with another clinic. I was very comfortable with the doctor who was hired as her replacement as well. The one downside has always been the waiting time and the discomfort of sitting in a gown for extended periods of time. I kept going because I liked the doctors and I took the waiting to mean that they were thorough with each patient and I expected the same care. Last July I called to make an appointment with my doctor who couldn't see me until yesterday (mid October). I made sure to complete the paperwork online days before my appointment. When I got stuck in unexpected traffic due to a nearby school letting out, I called to let them know. No one answered the phone and I was put on eternal hold.
