I have been a client of West End Dental for over 20 years. The quality of the dental care that I have received has always been outstanding. I truly appreciate Dr. Krippaehne and his staff for their professional skills and personable service!!

After being diagnosed with sleep apnea I was prescribed a C-pap machine. As an option, there is an oral appliance, much like a mouth guard, that can be prescribed. After calling the list of in-network dentists I was given, I learned providing the appliance required additional specialized training that few dentists have. Dr. Krippaehne does have the training, but is out of network. Polly, his office Insurance guru, worked tirelessly with my insurance to approve Dr. Krippaehne at in-network rates. Scheduling appointments, office personnel, chair side assistants all treated me like family. Dr. Jim has a laid back approach. He does not rush, he focuses on you as if you’re the only patient in the office. Dr. Jim showed me the appliance to make sure I knew what I was getting. He took impressions; 3 weeks later he fitted it and adjusted it. I wore it for 2 weeks, retook the sleep apnea test and my sleep apnea is nearly eliminated. Thank you Dr. Jim Krippaehne and staff.

Pleasant, efficient and professional staff with up to date, top-notch service and equipment. My initial visit was to thoroughly evaluate my dental health status in order to qualify for the possible option of using a specialized dental appliance to treat sleep apnea. Since using this retainer/appliance it was immediately clear it was a success and I am thrilled with the convenience, comfortable fit, and ease of maintaining. I haven't slept through the night in over 12 years - it has truly been a blessing. Thank you Doctor Krippaehne and entire staff for assisting me in overcoming this health issue. So grateful and I highly recommend this option to all who want/need to be on their "A Game" again!
