Disrespectful Dentist

I had a bizarre experience with Dr. Joseph Knight at Mount Tabor Dental at the end of 2023. Dr. Knight was very unprofessional and rude. He seemed disconnected during my check up and every time I asked him a question he got defensive and seemed annoyed with me. In the middle of our conversation he got up and walked out of the room, and I never saw him again. The dental assistant acted like this was normal behavior and went on with the dental cleaning. I then had to ask her more questions to get any information about my teeth. Everything felt rushed and the staff assumed that I would agree to an expensive procedure with barely any explanation from them. The doctor disrespected me, didn’t answer all of my questions and literally left the room without saying goodbye. I deserve better treatment than that. Dr. Knight needs sensitivity training and to learn some basic communication skills. This experience was a complete waste of my time and now I have to start all over with another dentist.
