Dr. Esparza is only available a couple of hours each day. There is a major supply issue with one of my Meds and I often have to call several pharmacies to make sure that there is a supply. On several occasions Dr. Esparza and his team did not follow detailed instructions on which pharmacy to place the order. This happens all too often and when it does Dr. Esparza is not available to correct his team's mistake. I have also been made to feel by his assistants that these mistakes are my fault, which is not okay. WARNING this doctor and his team make critical mistakes, he unavailable to fix his mistakes, and his team makes the client feel like it is their fault. THEY DO NOT TAKE PATIENTS MEDICATION NEEDS SERIOUSLY. PRESCRIBE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I have been a patient here for a number of years - and I cannot stress enough how much my life has changed for the better because of the help I receive here. Dr Esparza is compassionate, well educated and just fun to talk to (weird considering what you’re there for!) The support staff is awesome! They seem to attract the best of the best for employees. If you’re struggling mentally and/or with addiction, I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I truly believe they helped save my life. Thank you Bridgetown!
