Professional, competent and friendly staff
I am being treated at Rogue Valley Urology for BPH. I recently underwent a TURP procedure performed by Dr. Davol. I was very apprehensive about undergoing a TURP, but the procedure and recovery were easier than I expected. From a patient's perspective, Dr. Davol is a great surgeon and his entire staff is extremely competent, attentive, and above all, cheerful and happy. During my recovery I had a concern arise the Sunday following the procedure. Within minutes of contacting the office I received a call from Suzanne, Dr. Davol's medical assistant who patiently listened to my concern and assured me that what I was experiencing was part of the normal recovery process. Suzanne's friendly demeanor and informative response put my mind at ease at that time and is just one example of the exemplary care I have received at Rogue Valley Urology.
