Just forget about it
If you want to speak with anybody - anyone - you won’t be able to. You’ll be on hold for an enormous amount of time. Ridiculous in fact. Nobody answers. Even if you are able to leave your number - Just forget about it. Nobody and no one will return your call. I’ve left messages for my primary care provider, my dentist and even the clinic manager to call me back and it never happened.They just don’t care and it must be a policy to never return calls.
