Was able to get appointment and see my physician within a very reasonable time ..and was well taken care of by all staff including physician

I came after being sent from my neurologist for medication management. However as I previously expressed I don’t understand why a mental health professional was not consulted. It’s very pertinent for people with bi polar and or any mental health diagnosis to have medication be readily available and easier to obtain. It’s not easy for a disabled person with epilepsy to get around. To ask me to come to an extra appointment to explain why I’ve had a bad week is not something I can just go to my housemates and say “sorry for your troubles but I need the vehicle” I don’t have that luxury, I just moved this was all explained I thought. I don’t understand, and for someone with such erratic moods the position I’m now in is that I “flipped the table” so to speak and just went without what was very much needed. I needed extra care and gentle understanding. I needed help.
