The care was okay (4 stitches,) but their billing department is atrocious. I made a payment through my HSA which was never recorded--even though the check was released and cleared. No phone calls, bills, or follow-ups until I was contacted by a collections company. I gave up trying to resolve this matter due to the extremely unhelpful nature of their payment processor. TL;DR: Central Oregon Emergency Phys cashed a check, didn't apply it to my account, and sent me to a debt collector in a span of two months during COVID.
