Some good care, some not so good.
I am a patient with Samaritan Wound care. I feel upset that I have been told how things “have to be” instead of how they are. I have never in my 70+years had a highly trained professional walk away from an assignment claiming that they felt “a bad vibe.” Discounting and disrespect my health care advocate and wife received was not warranted. I have never seen her and her experience/knowledge base be disregarded and treated as badly as my wife was treated. While I have my own voice, she speaks for me as my working memory fails me at times and she takes on the role of being my voice, speaking truth to my thoughts and questions when I can’t. I hope that these issues will be looked into and that I will receive a response to the three messages I have sent Dr Latta. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Richard D Kirschner
