Harvard Family Physicians does not care about their patients. Regardless how much VIP they try to tout. I've been going there for 20 years.My doctor left them.They did not notify me, in a world of countless ways to communicate in 2025All I need is my blood pressure medicine refilled until I can get a new doctor. Harvard even gave me one of their doctors. They even told me if you change doctors on your insurance, call them back , and they'll get me in.I did all that, called Harvard back, then they tell me, that doctor isn't seeing new patient for 2 months.All I need is my blood pressure medicine refilled but they cant even help me for a few more months.WOW!!!!! VIP service for 20 years of service to them.
