I had knee replacement surgery by Dr Mitchell on Sep 15, 2021. The nurses, tech, Lyndsey, Irsha, Stephen, Hunter and Benjamin were friendly and knowlegdable. However, when I was discharged, I never saw the nurse for a discharge debrief. Benjamin, the tech changed my bandages, and handed me a folder. The folder contained printed discharge information I was able to read while awaiting a wheelchair to leave. I had to ask Benjamin several questions that I feel should have been covered by a nurse at discharge. Having had almost 20 surgeries, I have never been released before without a doctor or a nurse going over my post operative discharge instructions.
