Seriously run not walk away

If you're depressed, anxious, ADHD, run from Elizabeth Umemba. She's not at all empathetic. She brow-beat me and made me feel guilty and ashamed. The session was like an interrogation by police. She also made me feel dumb. I have 4 degrees, which doesn't make one smart, but I am not dumb. She claimed marijuana is an illicit drug--not at all true in Oklahoma where I have a medical card to purchase and consume legally--it is not prohibited here. She asked about abuse and then treated me just like an abusive member of my family, making me feel ashamed and guilty for no reason. She also implied I was unemployed, which thankfully is not the case. I wasn't even expecting it because I thought I was supposed to be following up with Kim Wadley about seeing a physical therapist. It was confusing to then meet for a telehealth session with a complete stranger who grilled and bullied me about my choices. I have felt terrible ever since. Totally unaaceptable and never happened before in my 50yrs.
