I had a terrible experience with this office, primarily due to their billing practices. The dentist and staff might be competent in their dental work, but when it comes to billing, it's a disaster. They overcharged me for services I did not agree to, and when I questioned the charges, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive.What made matters worse was their lack of transparency. They would not provide a detailed breakdown of what I was being billed for, and trying to get any clarity was like pulling teeth (pun intended). I was even hit with surprise charges weeks after the initial treatment.If you value your time, money, and sanity, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your dental care. Be prepared for hidden fees and poor customer service if you choose this place.
