Strength of Mind Behavioral HLT

I took my son here. I also struggle with depression and anxiety and was having a horrible day. Upon arrival, I had my emotional support dog, they didn’t allow and made me leave her in my car in the summer!!! Then proceeded to tell me that I needed to either put my purse in their office or take to my car. no kindness or request but a demand that I comply. Office manager then proceeded to tell me she needed to check my purse if I wouldn’t take it out. There were no notices posted anywhere. Finally my son saw the NP, who gave him a brand new medication but upon our check out we were informed that because I “caused a scene” they would no longer see my son. They irresponsibly gave my 9yr old a months worth of a medication and dismissed him. If they had posted notices or even had been kind and asked for compliance with new policies, I would have been likely to comply.

Having a good experience. Front office is very friendly. My child is seeing a therapist and feels very comfortable with her. I would recommend this office!!!!!

This company is NOT concerned with grace or a spirit of helpfulness. Will never go back there again.
