I,m a pediatrician in alexandria egypt I follow the efforts that are done in america for helping patients and I,m proud of having two brothers work in medicince in USA

I have used WCH for years & have spoke highly about them to everyone, recommending it over all hospitals. That has changed today due to having to pay twice for the same service with no help from them. Dec 2018 1 visit, Jan 2019 2 visits & August 2019 1 stay. When I received the bill after August I paid everything in full w/my credit card, I was told I was in the clear. 2.5 years later I get a bill from a bill collector for the Dec 2018 & Jan 2019. In 2.5 years never heard anything from WCH after being told I was in the clear, no bills, no phone calls. I called WCH & they are no help. I paid off my credit cards since & don’t have them. I didn’t keep the paid bill because it was 2.5 years ago. But WCH shows I paid the August bill. I will no longer use them, I will no longer recommend them to people as a medical professional. The care is great but it’s all ruined by having to pay twice for the same service & they can’t explain why I never received another bill or a call after being told I
