Mercy Health-Howland Medical Center

I went from Liberty to Howland today to get bloodwork ordered by my PCP. I wasn't certain where to go, but that problem was solved immediately when I came in the door. There was a friendly and efficient woman who asked me why I was there. She sent me to a desk with another friendly and competent woman, who took my information and asked me to take a seat. I was called within 10 minutes and greeted by another smart, competent young phlebotomist, who drew my blood quickly and without leaving any trace. She, too, was friendly and said she really liked her job. I have had 3 other experiences with this facility in the past. Two, with a friend who was having surgery, and one, with my husband. The skill, treatment and friendliness of the staff were excellent on those occasions, as well. I will always go to Howland for lab work, if possible.
